Early morning worthy breakfast
Early morning wake up call, and by early I mean 5.20am. I am not blaming anyone "cough woof cough". Since I'm up I'll get a head start on laundry and have my coffee on the porch, like the lady in the Swiffer commercial, because that's what all the cool people do apparently. I know if I continue whining it will just be a downward spiral for at least what? The next 12-14 hours in my day? Instead I make a conscious decision: Load your Pinterest app (avoid getting annoyed at how super slow it is on the iPhone) and find the best breakfast!
If you are not as excited about this, we clearly cannot grab breakfast together :)
My version. For each serving, you'll need: - A slice of Multi-grain bread - Butter - One egg - Half of an avocado - Salt and freshly ground pepper
I feel it's pretty self explanatory with just the ingredients but feel free to follow the original recipe from Oh Joy! if you're not as much of a rebel in the morning.
ps. If you don't have a cookie cutter just use a 1/4 measuring cup.
